On October 4, 2022, the State Water Board Executive Director approved an amendment to Water Quality Order 2016-0039-DWQ to add pyriproxyfen to the list of approved active ingredients in the permit and to add all pertaining findings, monitoring and reporting requirements.
Delta Mosquito and Vector Control District had their Notice of Intent and Pesticide Action Plan updated in June 2023.
