Paul Harlien
Operations Program Manager
Paul started his career with the District in 2003. As a Vector Control Technician III/Mechanic, Paul is responsible for source surveillance and control in north east Visalia, Ivanhoe, and up to Road 360. He is also responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance. In his free time, Paul enjoys scuba diving, outdoors, and working in his home shop. He loves spending time with his family and friends.
Paul is a certified Vector Control Technician in Categories A through D through the California Department of Public Health Vector Control Certification Program. He is also a Master Mechanic certified through ASE and a certified heavy equipment mechanic.
