Conlin Reis is the District Manager of the Delta Mosquito and Vector Control District in Visalia. He began his career in mosquito control with the Sacramento-Yolo Mosquito and Vector Control District and later worked at the Fresno Westside Mosquito Abatement District, where he held both biologist and management roles. He has worked in the field for more than 18 years.

A graduate of the University of California, Davis, with a degree in Plant Biology, and San Joaquin College of Law with a Juris Doctor. He brings the perspective of a biologist together with legal training to address the intersection of public health, law, and policy.

At Delta, he oversees daily operations, directs control and surveillance programs, and advances innovative, data-driven approaches to ensure District resources are used effectively to protect the community.
