Bryan Ruiz
Vector Control Technician III
Bryan started his career with the District in 1999. As a Vector Control Technician III, he is responsible for source surveillance and control in northwest Visalia, Goshen, Traver, and part of London. Bryan has been a firefighter since 1991 and is currently the chaplain for Tulare County Fire Department Station 4.
Bryan is a certified Vector Control Technician in Categories A through D through the California Department of Public Health Vector Control Certification Program.
