Kevin Caskey

Kevin was first appointed to the Board of Trustees in March 2016. His current term expires January 06, 2025.

Interested in giving back to the community, Kevin joined the Board of Trustees after receiving mosquito control services on his ranch. He was born in Visalia in 1940 and has been involved with various committees and organizations for the community since the 1960s. Kevin was named Visalia JC’s Young Man of the Year in 1975 and is a graduate of Fresno state. He served in the United States Army. Kevin is currently a Chairman of the Tulare County Museum at Mooney Grove Park and has previously served as President of the Tulare County Historical Society as well as the Easterseal Society and the Visalia Associated in Group Donors (the predecessor of United Way, here in Visalia). Kevin also served as chair for the 150th anniversary celebration for St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Visalia. He is an active member of both St. Mary’s Catholic Church as well as the Quarter Horse Association. Kevin and his wife, Cathy, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in February of 2020. He’s the proud father of two daughters and delighted grandfather of six grandchildren.
