Kevin Caskey
Member, Board of Trustees, County at Large
Born in Visalia in 1940, Kevin has dedicated decades to serving the local community. He joined the Delta Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees after receiving mosquito control services on his ranch and wanting to give back.
Kevin is a graduate of Fresno State and a veteran of the United States Army. Since the 1960s, he has been actively involved in a wide range of community organizations. In 1975, he was named Visalia JC’s Young Man of the Year in recognition of his leadership and civic contributions.
He has served as President of the Tulare County Historical Society, the Easterseals Society, and Visalia Associated in Group Donors, now known as United Way of Visalia. Kevin also chaired the 150th anniversary celebration for St. Mary’s Catholic Church and remains an active member of the parish. He currently serves as Chairman of the Tulare County Museum at Mooney Grove Park and is a member of the Quarter Horse Association.
Kevin and his wife, Cathy, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in February 2020. They have two daughters and six grandchildren.
