Rosemary Hellwig

Rosemary has enjoyed serving on the Delta Mosquito & Vector Board. She is honored to be a part of the district as it has evolved and grown since she was appointed in 2011. She was born and raised in Exeter and loves investing in “all things Exeter”. She is currently the Treasurer for the Exeter Woman’s Club and a member of the Exeter Republican Women. You can find her volunteering for the high school’s FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) for the last 20 years, and on some weekends, she volunteers as a docent at Exeter’s “CACHE” (Exeter’s art gallery/historical museum).
Although her favorite thing to do is hang out with her family: her three daughters, sons-in-laws and six grandchildren, along with her husband Mark of 48 years.
Rosemary was first appointed to the Board of Trustees in February 2011. Her current term expires January 9, 2026.
