Linda Guttierrez was first appointed to the Board in 2018 and was recently reappointed with her term expiring January 5, 2026.

Linda has worked with Robinson Fresh, a produce and logistics company, since 2001. In addition to her professional career, she serves as President of the Yettem-Seville Community Service District, where she is committed to providing clean and safe drinking water to the residents of both communities.

Active in community and cultural organizations, Linda is a member of the Visalia Smooth Dancers, a group that promotes ballroom dancing for non-professional enjoyment. She also serves as Vice-Chair of Delegates at the state level for National Smooth Dancers, the parent organization representing chapters across California.
